Coriander, chinese parsley, dhania or cilantro is a source of iron, dietary fibre, manganese, magnesium, vitamin C, and vitamin K. It also contains small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamin, niacin and carotene.  This wonder herb has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties.

Hydroponic produce are free of poisonous pesticides and are grown in a sustainable manner which encourages biodiversity and water conservation.

We deliver on a Wednesday each week.  Place your order early to make the next delivery schedule. The order cutoff is 4pm on a Sunday.

DELIVERY AREAS:
We deliver to the Highway Area, Greater Durban, Durban North & Durban South, Ballito, Amanzimtoti, Pinetown, Westville, Queensburgh, Pietermaritzburg, Howick and everywhere inbetween

AVAILABILITY:
Availability is subject to seasonal and environmental factors. Supply is on a first come first served basis.

PACKAGING:
Goods are packed in environmentally friendly packaging or can be returned for refills & rebates.  Look out for our certified compostable “Good for the ground” film bags and add these to your kitchen food waste bokashi bins or compost heap.
