We source sought-after Wagyu genetics locally, as well as from Australia and the United States. Over the last 5 years, we have developed a herd of high quality fullblood and crossbred Wagyu genetics. Our animals are registered with the Wagyu Society of South Africa which ensures the traceability of animals through DNA sampling and testing. Each Wagyu cow has a name and number (to trace its origin and journey). Our Wagyu are reared and raised in a warm, loving environment, free to roam and enjoy the beautiful pastures of Greenfields Farm, situated on the outskirts of Mooi River, in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
Free range, pasture fed animals are healthier, ethically treated and have a strong immune system. Free range grass fed meat products are leaner and higher in antioxidants and nutrients including Omega-3 fatty acids CLA.
