Following his german family recipe, Michael uses only natural spices and ingredients to cure these whole fish.

He wood-smokes small amounts at a time in his home- built smoker and takes great pride in providing this healthy, delicious, ready-to-eat product to people who are gonna love it.

Fresh water trout is a nutrient-dense protein rich food that offers a variety of health benefits, especially for the heart and brain. Trout is low in mercury, making it a safe addition to your diet.  It is an excellent source of thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and pantothenic acid which are categorized in the B-vitamin complex.  This fish is also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids which aids in healthy ageing.
