Truefood Gluten-Free Oat Flour is the ‘better for you’ option to refined wheat flour, that has shown to cause discomfort particularly with those that have gluten intolerances. Oat flour makes for a fantastic gluten free baking option as it rich in antioxidants, minerals and nutrients further to being unrefined and free of nasties.

Suggested use: Use in place of conventional flour for gluten-free cooking. Take note that you may need to add more flour when replacing with oat flour.
