Also called dill weed, this herb has slender stems with alternating soft leaves.  The leaves have a sweet, grassy flavour and are used to elevate the flavour of dishes such as salmon, potatoes and yoghurt based sauces.  Dill can be used to treat digestvie issues, colic in infants and bad breath.
