*Food Grade

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide be fully absorbed at cellular level. A 1% solution of food-grade hydrogen peroxide (H202) that can be used in nebulisers or as a mouthwash.

Hydrogen Peroxide also has the ability to counteract harmful bacteria and viruses, preventing colon disease, vaginitis, bladder infections and a host of other common ailments.

Breathe H202 is 1% food grade hydrogen peroxide solution for use with nebulisers.

Using a nebuliser to produce a fine mist (aerosol) of H202, it can wipe out cells infected by the virus, mimicking what the body’s immune system does to pathogens, which could prevent the virus from spreading.

H202 has been around for hundreds of years (first isolated in France in 1818). Used to heal wounds and as a potent disinfectant, H202 consists of a water molecule (H2O) with an extra oxygen atom (H2O2) – and it’s the extra O2 atom that makes it so deadly to viruses.

In a healthy immune system, the body’s immune cells produce their own H202 to kill the infected cells. But when one’s immune system is overwhelmed, as is sometimes the case with Covid-19, H202 therapy assists the immune cells in doing that, delivering H202 into the infected cells, killing them.

Using H202 to fight off viral infections was first championed by an American doctor, Charles Farr, in the 1990s, but he used intravenous (IV) treatments which, of course, cannot be done at home.

Enter Dr Frank Shallenberger, another American, who pioneered a needle-free method of H202 therapy that can done at home – nebulising. A nebuliser is a device that is able to convert liquids into tiny, microscopic bubbles that look like smoke. The bubbles can be inhaled into the deepest regions of the lungs without discomfort or irritation. They also reach the sinuses, throat and bronchial tract where viruses tend to congregate. (Asthmatics have been using nebulisers for years to get their medication far down into their lungs).

One of the main champions of nebulised H202 for the treatment of Covid-19 is Dr David Brownstein (drbrownstein.com), whose practice (he is an orthodox-trained family physician) near Detroit has reported impressive success using the protocol. A number of his patients who have recovered from Covid-19 with H202 therapy have posted compelling video testimonials on his site, describing in harrowing detail how the treatment had rescued them from the brink.

One of the challenges for those interested in nebulising is sourcing the right quality hydrogen peroxide in the right concentration. Only 3% H202 (no higher) should be used and it must be food grade (containing nothing but H202) because the stuff in pharmacies typically contains preservatives that you wouldn’t want in your lungs.

While many people will find they can tolerate 3% H202 undiluted, a more comfortable concentration is a dilution of H202 with purified water (or saline) to achieve a 1% solution (recommended by Mercola; Brownstein suggests even less – H202 appears to be effective at very low concentrations).

A typical protocol for using nebulised H202 is as follows:

  • Preventative/early-onset of symptoms: nebulise once a day for several minutes
  • As a treatment: nebulise up to four times a day for 10-15 minutes.

Nebulising can also be done immediately after a high-risk contact (e.g. someone sneezing/coughing in your presence or after disembarking from an aircraft).

When nebulising, it can be helpful to occasionally hold one’s breath for a few seconds after breathing in to ensure maximum penetration of the H202 into the depths of the lungs. Breathing occasionally through the nose can also be beneficial as viruses often congregate in the sinuses/nasal cavity.

If the 1% dilution is too strong (stings), it can be further diluted with purified water.

A dry mouth seems to be a common “side effect” of nebulising H202. Drinking adequate amounts of water is widely recommended during this pandemic.

WARNINGS:

If nebulising causes discomfort/pain, usage should be stopped immediately.

Always consult a health-care professional before you embark on nebulising.

NOTES

Nebulisers are readily available from pharmacies. The most effective type of nebuliser for H202 seems to be a “mesh” nebuliser, but other types can also be used.

Gargling with the 1% H202 blend may also be helpful in keeping the virus at bay.

NB: Always follow dosage instructions and never consume Hydrogen Peroxide in an incorrectly diluted state.
